- Returns
We accept returns for any unopened and unused products within 14 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, please email us at lifeboost.us@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.
- Refunds
Upon receipt of your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process it to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
- Damaged or Defective Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at lifeboost.us@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
- Shipping Costs
We do not offer free returns. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exceptions
